An environmentally driven project, the overall aim here was to help reduce the facilities carbon footprint, whilst increasing efficiency and lowering costs. The old boilers were costly and largely unused, so the installation of 2 out of 3 new boilers not only improved performance but also provided provision for a temporary boiler to be installed when servicing is required.
The Solution
Two out of the three old units were replaced with new, more energy efficient models. As a trusted partner with specialist experience in all types of commercial heating equipment, we were able to deliver a complete, end-to-end service.
Key Challenges
- Pulling 110mts of 70mm SWA cabling was a challenging aspect of the project, however as all of our engineers had recently completed their IPAF training this was a lot easier than it might have been.
- Our certified operatives were able to remove the cabling safely and effectively, making way for the new streamlined solution
