Overview

A logistically challenging installation, this project centred around the expansion of an existing Sketchers store from 1 to 2 units on the popular McArthurGlen Outlet Village in Nottingham. With the existing store trading throughout the refurb, the scope involved a full strip out of the existing unit, smooth stock transferral & a full electrical shopfit in the new unit to unify the two spaces seamlessly.

The Solution

We fully wired the existing unit & the additional new space, added a new distribution board, full LED track lighting, intelligent fire lighting, a data cabinet & data points, new alarm system and CCTV throughout.

Key Challenges

Keeping the existing store fully operational throughout with no distruption in trade. We worked closely with the design team & partner trades to ensure the strict timeline was adheared to.

We recycled all the old units & fully integrated the fire alarm systm (AHU) to ensure enhanced safety across the reworked space.
